To play in our competitions you have to be over 14 years old and haven’t the account banned in those games that you are going to link.
No. You can only have one account and PayPal per person in Gamersfy. If we find duplicate accounts you will be banned indefinitely from the platform. If you are banned you CAN´T create another one.
At Gamersfy we take security very seriously. On the one hand, your information is encrypted to guarantee that they will never fall into the wrong hands. On the other hand, we work with PayPal, which is known worldwide for its security system to make payments with the highest level of security on the market.
Within the competitions page of each game you will have the option to link your account. Depending on the game you’ll have to follow some steps or others, but we specify them for you.
A user cannot re-link a different account from the same game. But if it’s a justified case (you have wrongly linked your account, you have lost it, you have been banned from the game...) you can talk to our Technical Support team and they will help you link your new account. It is not allowed to link SMURF accounts, you must link the top-level account.
If you detect irregular activity in your account, either in your games or in your transactions, contact our Support team as soon as possible so they can help you recover it. Remember each person must have their own account, you can´t share it.
There is no way you can get your account back. We don’t suspend any account at the first time, we give prior warnings before. The rules are the same for everyone and you must comply with them as the rest.
You can get your friend code in the upper left menu and give it to your friends and acquaintances to put during registration. You will receive 20 tickets, for each one of them, that you will converted into G-coins as you play by signing up for fee-based games or tournaments.
Winning! You will be able to compete in games and tournaments to have fun, gain prestige and accumulate G-coins day by day thanks to Tickets, with these tickets you will be able to access competitions with entry fees and thus convert them into G-coins.
Any type of fraudulent behavior, such as playing games without disputes, giving away coins or similar irregularities will be grounds for automatic banning.
If what you want is to extract the fruit of your victories, you will be able to access the prizes that appear in "My Wallet", in the upper right corner of the App. Currently, you have available Eneba, Google Play and App Store cards, free fire diamonds and cash via PayPal.
The TICKETS are coins that are given to the player exclusively to compete in Gamersfy for free. This item is converted into G-coins as you play using them to access competitions with entry fee.
The tickets are not used to withdraw money in Gamersfy, only the G-Coins will be valid.
You can compete both in tournaments with many players and in matches for free or with pay. You can join a tournament or match, or create your own. It is not allowed to play competitions from a region other than yours, neither emulator pc mode. You will only be able to use controllers in the game Rocket League Sideswipe. Your teammate won’t be able to be in the same tournament, and obviously you won´t be able to play with 2 accounts at the same time.
There are matches and tournaments of all prices but you will see that we offer much more than what we ask for. You can play matches and tournaments for free or pay Tickets or G-coins to get in. If a tournament reduces its capacity, the prize will be lower.
In Gamersfy Community we believe in fair play and healthy competitiveness based on mutual respect.
If someone is missing about it in some way, the first thing is that you report through the report button in our App. Then, you must write to Technical Support telling us what user has been and explain what has happened. If you can send us evidence as screenshots it will be much easier for us to take the appropriate measures.

Challenges are challenges that you will find in Gamersfy in which you can win tickets in the easiest way possible, in some promotions you can also win G-coins. Don't forget to spin the daily ROULETTE that we have completely free of charge, premium users get 3 spins.
They’re 1vs1 clashes, duels. You can create these yourself and decide how many g-coins you want to come into play.
As with tournaments, select your favorite game and a list of matches will appear that you can join in addition to the option to create your own. If created by you, the game will remain active for 30 minutes.
If you have created the match, you will have to add your rival or send the code of the game that you will find in the game itself through the Gamersfy chat so that you can play it.
We have manual matches and automatic matches. In manual matches you must take a screenshot or a photo of the proof that you have won and send it to us by clicking on the green "I have won" button that you will find in the game room.
In automatic matches after the time has elapsed, the result will appear as soon as the game ends without you doing anything.
When your opponent is the winner and you can show that it’s a lie, what you have to do is open a dispute within the match by clicking on the button "Claim result" and send the proof of the true result of the game. An arbitration team will review the dispute and decide the result in less than 12 hours.
No need to worry, if you haven’t been able to play or you have tied, we will refund the fee to both players immediately. So you can have another one quickly.
